Adrian Dinkl, co-founder and managing director, brings extensive expertise in labor law, banking law, commercial and corporate law, and international law. After studying in Würzburg and Munich, he gained international experience at renowned companies in Dublin, Tokyo, Luxembourg, and New York. Additionally, he obtained a Diploma in Corporate Governance in Ireland, further enhancing his competencies in corporate law.
Susanne Dinkl, co-founder and managing director, strengthens the firm with her in-depth legal expertise in international trademark law, media law, and IT law. Together with Adrian Dinkl, she leads the firm with a clear focus on innovative processes and strategic client management. After studying in Augsburg and Munich, she gained international experience at renowned companies in Munich and Dublin. Additionally, she obtained a Diploma in Trade Mark in Ireland, further enhancing her expertise in trademark law.

The legal fees are determined by the Lawyers’ Compensation Act or a fee agreement based on the dispute value.
If the scope or complexity requires a different fee structure, we propose a fee agreement. In extrajudicial matters, hourly or flat-rate fees are often advisable. If you have a legal protection insurance, we check whether your insurance covers the costs and assist you with the coverage request.

The costs of a legal proceeding include court fees and attorney fees, which the plaintiff must pay in advance.
The cost risk lies in the fact that the losing party usually has to bear all costs. Fees are based on the dispute value according to the Lawyers’ Compensation Act.
Before the labor court, each party often bears their own attorney fees. It is advisable to check the coverage of legal protection insurance or apply for legal aid. We support you in this process.
